November 2023 — “Sponge Territory,” one of the essays published in José Aragüez's latest book, Spatial Infrastructure, republished in urbanNext with compelling visuals. The piece discusses Toyo Ito’s Taichung Opera House, completed in 2016, as a building that inaugurated a new design territory in architecture with implications at the level of epistemology, representation, typological invention, program, geometry, phenomenology, envelope, circulation, and spatial organization.

April 2023 — José Aragüez's latest writing—proposing the notion of “medium in-betwenness” vis-à-vis architecture’s becoming and chaos theory—is published in Domus. Under Steven Holl's masterful editorial vision, this April issue features works and contributions by Thom Mayne, Alberto Campo Baeza, Lebbeus Woods, Stan Allen, Eric Owen Moss, Iannis Xenakis, Höweler + Yoon, Zaha Hadid, John Hejduk, and Giovanni Michelucci, among others.
